BAKED PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING 
4 chops
3 slices soft bread, cubed
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Brown chops and place in pan. Mix stuffing and place on top of chops.

Combine soup and 1/3 cup water in frying pan you browned chops in and mix well. Pour over stuffing and over chops. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until chops are tender. Enjoy!
