16 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 sm. pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
4 c. milk
16 oz. Cool Whip
2 lg. pkgs. Oreos, crushed

Cream the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter together. Then add chocolate pudding, milk, Cool Whip and Oreos. Reserve a small amount of Oreos to put on the top. Layer in flower pot. Before serving, place an artificial plant in the center, and when ready to serve, remove plant and spoon out.
