MARGARET'S FLAKY PIE CRUST 
1 c. Crisco
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cold milk, the yolk of 1 egg stirred in

Sift flour, salt and sugar. Work in the Crisco with the fingertips. Stir in the milk mixture a little at a time. Do not work the dough too much. Roll out dough onto a floured board. You have enough for a 2 crust pie and 1 shell.
