3 c. grated sweet potatoes
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs

Mix and pour in greased baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes in preheated 400 degree oven. Serves 6-8.
