TORTELLINI WITH BROCCOLI 
4 c. broccoli florets
1 c. broccoli stems
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 pkg. tortellini
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. Romano grated cheese

Boil broccoli in salt water for 7-10 minutes almost tender. Drain set aside. Boil mushrooms 3 minutes. Drain set aside. In saucepan. Saute minced garlic in olive oil. Add broccoli and mushrooms. Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 7-10 minutes. Boil package of tortellini until tender. Drain. Mix with broccoli and mushrooms. Sprinkle Romano cheese and serve for main or side dish.
