CRANBERRY APPLE CRISP | |
5 c. sliced, peeled apples 1 1/2 c. canned whole cranberries 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. quick cooking oats 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. flour 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 12"x8" baking dish. Combine apples, cranberries, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Spoon into baking dish. In a small bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour. Using a pastry blender (or fork) cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. |
