CARAWAY CABBAGE 
1/2 med. cabbage, cut into lg. slices
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water

In a medium skillet, heat oil and butter over high heat. Add cabbage, caraway seeds and salt. Stir fry for about 5 minutes. Lower heat and add water. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Serves 6.
