OLIVE FILLED CHEESE BALLS | |
1 (5 oz.) jar stuffed green olives, well drained & dried with paper towels 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. flour Dash of paprika to taste Cream cheese and butter together. Blend in flour and paprika. You may need a teaspoon or so of water. The dough should be the consistency of pie crust. Pinch off small pieces of dough and wrap around each olive, covering completely. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot. These may be made ahead and frozen. Then thaw and bake as directed. |
