OLIVE-CHEESE BALLS 
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
About 1 c. sm. pimiento stuffed olives
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. fine, dry bread crumbs
Paprika

Cream butter and cheese; add flour, mixing well. Shape a small amount of dough around each olive, covering it completely; coat with bread crumbs. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Place on ungreased baking sheets; bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm. Yield: about 3 dozen.
