KUCHEN 
2 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix above together. Pour into a greased pan (1 large or 2 small) and spread evenly with back of spoon. Cut up cherries of 1 can of pie filling. Spread on top of dough. For fresh apples, peel and slice and arrange on top.

TOPPING:

7 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Bisquick
Dash of salt
3 tbsp. soft butter

Mix together and sprinkle on top of fruit. For apples, add 2 teaspoons cinnamon to topping. Sprinkle nuts on top if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. For fresh fruit add 5 minutes more.
