CHICKEN HOT DISH 
1 (5 lb.) chicken, boiled, boned & cut up
1 pkg. macaroni
1 jar pimento, chopped
1 lb. cheese, cubed
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
1 can peas
4 tbsp. flour

Melt butter, add flour and chicken broth. Cook until it thickens. Mix chicken, macaroni, cheese and pimento, peas and eggs. Add thickened broth; add milk if needed. Bake 1 hour in slow oven. Serves 2 to 25.
