CHICKEN MOZZARELLA 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breast halves
2/3 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brush bottom of 13"x9"x2" pan with oil.

Mix Parmesan cheese, Bisquick, Italian seasoning, paprika and pepper; coat chicken. Arrange skin side down in pan.

Bake 45 minutes. Turn chicken. Divide chili sauce among the breast halves. Bake 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
