CHICKEN MOZZARELLA 
8 boneless chicken breasts
16 oz. bottle of Italian dressing
8 cloves of garlic
8 sm. slices of Mozzarella cheese
1 jar of red sauce (your choice of brand)
2 lb. spaghetti noodles

Marinated chicken breast at 3-4 hours (the longer the better) with Italian dressing, crushed garlic and pepper. Cook chicken on the grill till done. Spoon red sauce over chicken then place on slice of Mozzarella cheese on each piece. Cover till cheese melts.

Serve over bed of noodles with the rest of the red sauce. Best with garlic bread and a fresh salad.
