7-MINUTE FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup
1/3 c. cold water
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in top of double boiler. Beat until blended. Cook over boiling water, beating constantly about 7 minutes or until firm peaks form. Remove from heat. Beat until spreading consistency, about 2 minutes. Add vanilla.
