EASY BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
8 chicken breast (halves, skinned and boned)
8 (4 x 4 inch) slices Swiss cheese
10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/4 c. white wine (I use water)
1 c. herb - seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
3 tbsp. melted butter

Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and water, stir well. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
