MARY'S SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
3 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. buttermilk
5 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (9") pie shells, baked

Beat yolks. Add sugar, cornstarch, sour cream and milk; mix well together in the top of a large double boiler. Add raisins and lemon juice. Add all dry ingredients; mix well. Cook slowly until thick.

Remove from heat and cool completely. Pour in baked shells. Top with real whipped cream.
