PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding mix 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 c. cold water 5 extra large eggs, room temperature Blend first 5 ingredients until well moistened at medium speed with mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition until well blended. Bake in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with glaze or powdered sugar. |
