1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
2 pkg. pistachio pudding (instant)
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 c. club soda

Mix 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Great for St. Patrick's Day.
