MINESTRONE SOUP 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. oil
4 cans Swanson's beef broth
1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes, chop
1 can (1 lb.) kidney beans, drained
1 pkg. frozen Italian green beans
1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute onion, garlic, celery in large pot for about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; lower heat. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve with grated cheese.
