CHICKEN WITH WINE AND CHEESE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. white wine
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Pepper, garlic salt to taste

Put chicken in casserole dish, skin side up. Sprinkle with pepper and garlic salt. In a bowl, mix the wine with the soups. Top with shredded cheese. Cook, uncovered, at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
