ANCHOVY WINE CHEESE SPREAD 
1 (2 oz.) can anchovies, drained
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sherry
2 tbsp. finely chopped stuffed green olives

Mash anchovies. Mix well with softened cream cheese. Add sherry and mix until smooth. Add olives. Shape, cover and refrigerate several hours hours before serving. Serve with party rye or crackers.
