CHEESE AND WINE LOG 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar is good)
1/2 c. softened butter
1/4 c. very dry red wine
1 tbsp. chives
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients (except nuts) together. Beat until fluffy. Shape into two logs and roll in nuts. Wrap in wax paper and chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
