FRIED CHEESE LOGS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
Vegetable oil

Cut cheese into bite-sized "logs". Dip each piece in egg, then roll in bread crumbs. Fry in hot, hot oil until lightly browned. Serve hot. Recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
