GRANOLA 
4 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. raw wheat germ
1 c. grated coconut
1/4 c. powdered milk
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. honey
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins or chopped dates

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine oil, honey, and vanilla in a small saucepan. Heat to warm. Add to dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Spread mixture in shallow baking pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Be sure to scrape sides and bottom of pan as you stir. Cool and store in airtight container.
