BEEF TOP NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, grated
2 tbsp. minced parsley
8 oz. pkg. fine noodles
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef

Blend first five ingredients together. Cook and drain noodles. Put half of noodles in casserole. Spread half of cheese mixture over noodles. Add remainder of noodles over cheese and top with remaining cheese mixture.

Brown ground beef. Mix large can of tomato sauce with beef. Pour on top of noodles. DO NOT MIX. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

NOTE: Low fat cottage cheese and plain yogurt may be substituted for sour cream and regular cottage cheese.
