TOP OF STOVE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lg. garlic clove, minced (opt.)
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced zucchini (opt.)
1 c. canned tomatoes (cajun style good)
2 c. chicken stock
4 oz. uncooked noodles
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning (opt.)
Salt & Pepper to taste (or spike - a season)

In large skillet coated with non-stick spray, saute turkey, garlic, onion, green pepper until turkey is no longer pink. Add zucchini, saute 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, stock, noodles and poultry seasoning. Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes until noodles are done. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings. 295 calories per serving.
