TOP OF THE STOVE CASSEROLE 
12 oz. ground turkey
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced zucchini
1 c. canned ready cut tomatoes
2 c. chicken stock
1 1/3 c. (4 oz.) uncooked noodles
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Parsley (to garnish)

In large non stick skillet coated with non stick spray, saute turkey, garlic, onion and green pepper until turkey is no longer pink. Add zucchini and saute 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, stock, noodles and poultry seasoning. Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are cooked. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
