TOP OF THE STOVE CASSEROLE 
12 oz. ground turkey
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. sliced onions
1/2 c. diced green peppers
1 c. diced zucchini
1 c. canned, ready cut tomatoes
2 c. chicken stock
1 1/3 c. (4 oz.) uncooked noodles
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley to garnish

In large non-stick skillet coated with non-stick spray, saute turkey, garlic, onions and green peppers until turkey is no longer pink. Add zucchini and saute 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, stock, noodles and poultry seasoning. Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes, or until noodles are cooked. Garnish with parsley.
