2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese (grated)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. garlic salt (or powder)

Mix the Bisquick and cheese together. Mix in the milk. Beat 30 seconds. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 425 degrees. Melt butter and garlic and brush on hot biscuits.
