TURKEY & VEGETABLES WITH
BISCUITS
 
2 c. turkey, cooked & diced
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 pkg. turkey gravy mix

BISCUITS:

2 1/4 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk

Place frozen vegetables in 5-quart Dutch oven with enough water to cover. Heat to boiling. Meanwhile, dissolve gravy mix in 1 cup cold water. Once vegetable are boiling, stir in turkey and dissolved gravy mix. Reduce to medium heat. In medium mixing bowl, combine Bisquick and milk and mix thoroughly. Bring vegetable-turkey mixture back to boiling. Drop biscuits by spoonfuls on top. Reduce heat to low. Cook 10 minutes. Cover and cook additional 10 minutes. Serves 4.
