STIR FRIED CABBAGE 
3 slices bacon, chopped
1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lg. tomato, peeled and chopped
3 stalks celery, cut into thin slices

Fry bacon in a large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon, reserving drippings in skillet. Set bacon aside. Add vegetables to skillet. Stir fry over high heat (350 degrees) for 8-10 minutes. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon. Yields 6 servings.
