POORIS 
3 c. wheat flour
1 c. white flour (self-rising)
3/4 c. Ghee
1 - 1 1/2 ? hot water

Add Ghee to flour and mix well. Add hot water to flour and make a soft dough. Divide dough into small (golf-size) balls. Roll out into small pancake size. Roll all the Pooris out first and then fry into deep oil until slightly brown. Can be made in advance but taste great when hot. This bread can be served with any curry or vegetable dishes.
