MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tbsp. minced parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. tomato juice

Combine all ingredients. Form in circle with inverted juice glass in center.

Cook 6 minutes on high. Drizzle with 1/4 cup ketchup. Cook 5 minutes more.

Let stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
