BOBBI'S FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE 
1 doz. eggs
1 1/4 c.milk with salt and pepper
1 lb. bacon, cooked not too crisp
2 c.shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 slices Pepperidge Farm bread

Mix eggs and milk. Layer bread on greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour bacon over bread, layer cheese on top. Pour milk and egg mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight; cook at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.

I make this casserole for breakfast every Christmas morning. It's so easy to just stick it in the oven while the kids are opening their gifts. It's delicious and I have given the recipe to other family members who also make it for Christmas. Great recipe!
