MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled & deboned
2 c. broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lg. onion
4 tbsp. chili powder

Mix together and pour over Tostitos that have been finely crushed and put in oblong baking dish. Then top chicken mixture with 1 block shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
