MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger meat, saute 1 onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 cans Rotel tomatoes 2 cans ranch style beans, drained 1 (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, grated or you can use Velveeta or a jar of Cheez Whiz Mix all ingredients together after you have sauteed the hamburger meat and onion until done. then layer tortillas in a casserole dish alternately with meat mixture. Cook about 30 minutes in 375 degree oven. Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt last few minutes. |
