MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat or chicken breast can be used
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. corn tortillas

Cook hamburger meat and onions and drain well. Add soup and Rotel tomatoes. Grease casserole dish and line bottom with pieces of tortillas. Pour 1/2 of meat mixture over the tortillas, then add another of tortillas and pour the test of the meat mixture over them. Cover with grated cheese.

Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
