MEXICAN MACARONI 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced green peppers
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 3/4 c. buttermilk
2 c. uncooked macaroni (elbow)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Brown sausage in fry pan. Add diced peppers, onion, tomatoes, sugar, chili powder, salt and dash of pepper and buttermilk. Stir well. Add cooked macaroni and cover pan. Simmer mixture for 25 minutes.

Serve with salad and/or garlic bread.
