MEXICAN MEDLEY 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 med. onions, chopped (1 c.)
1 c. green pepper, chopped
7 or 8 oz. uncooked wide noodles
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes, undrained
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder

In large skillet cook and stir sausage until lightly brown, add onion and pepper to sausage cook until onion is tender and sausage is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Cover; simmer 30 minutes or until noodles are tender (add small amount of water if necessary).
