MEXICAN MEDLEY 
1 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
1 c. finely chopped onions
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
8 oz. uncooked noodles
1 can tomatoes
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder

Cook and stir sausage, onion and green pepper until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, simmer 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Add more water, if necessary. Serves 6-8.
