MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Lightly brown meat, drain off excess fat. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serves 5.
