COUNTRY COLE SLAW | |
1 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 4 c. shredded cabbage 1 c. shredded carrots 1/2 c. green pepper Stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Add cabbage, carrots and green pepper. Toss to coat well. Cover. Chill 2 hours. |
