BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
20 oz. broccoli, chopped

SAUCE:

1 can mushroom soup
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix sauce. Pour over and blend with broccoli. Place in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed cheddar crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes until brown and bubbly on top. Serves 10.
