ALMOND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds, toasted in melted butter
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs combined with 4 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place broccoli in 1 quart casserole. Combine mayonnaise, chicken soup, eggs, curry powder, cheese and almonds in mixing bowl. Mix and pour over broccoli. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over casserole. Bake 30-35 minutes.
