BROCCOLI PIE CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed 2 beaten eggs 1/4 c. chopped onions 1 tbsp. flour 8 oz. melting cheese (I use Velveeta) Grease pan. Sauté onions in frypan in oil. When yellow, add flour, dissolved in 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil until thick and blended. Take off burner and add Velveeta cheese, cut up and melt on stove (slow burner). When melted, beat eggs and broccoli together. Add this to frypan. Turn into a pie plate or casserole dish. Top with flavored breadcrumbs and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until brown. |
