RITA'S MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 shredded carrot
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
4 eggs, hard boiled

Cook macaroni. Mix mayonnaise, milk and vinegar and beat. Pour over macaroni. Add cheese, carrot, green pepper and onion. Slice eggs and add. Mix.
