RITZ CROX SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, rolled
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 can Mandarin oranges
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Mix first 3 ingredients together and press half in bottom of pan. Mix other ingredients. Pour over first layer. Top with rest of Ritz mixture. Put in refrigerator for an hour or two.
