PINK LADY 
1 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. imitation rum extract
Sugar substitute equivalent to 1 tsp. sugar
3 ice cubes, cracked into sm. pieces
1-2 drops red food color
1/8 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Chill 2 serving glasses. Measure all ingredients into blender container; cover. Blend at low speed, then switch to high until ice cubes are crushed and mixture is foamy and well blended. Pour into glasses. Yield: 1 1/2 cups (2 servings). One serving: 3/4 cup. 44 calories.
