STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
1 (8" or 9") tender Italian zucchini
1/2 lb. hamburger meat
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
2/3 c. corn
Dash salt, pepper & garlic
1/2 c. grated Kraft yellow cheese
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Slice 1/4" lengthwise from zucchini, take out the seeds using a spoon, leaving shell with zucchini meat intact. Pre-fry hamburger meat, onion, green pepper and corn together, season with salt, pepper and garlic. When cooked, mix cheese and scoop mixture into zucchini. Add tomato sauce over the mixture, sprinkle bread crumbs over the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve on a bed of cooked white rice.
