APPLE DAPPLE CAKE 
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. apples, chopped (use tart apples)

Combine eggs, oil, and sugar. Mix in other ingredients and stir until apples are coated. Put in 10 x 14 inch pan. Will be very thick until apples start cooking. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

GLAZE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk

Cook about 2 minutes. Pour over cake while hot.
